I used to live in NYC, and still come into Manhattan once in a while. The dbl-parked UPS and FedEx trucks are a problem for sure (not just them, of course).
But the Q is, what are they supposed to do? If there is no parking on the street, and no driveway/loading dock/parking garage to pull into, what are they supposed to do with their trucks when making a delivery?
