Gotta be careful, it drops to 40s over night then back down to 31 next night. That's how people can get sick very quickly.

Any tips for preventing this foot pain? My soles hurt. Running on concrete hurts too.

Opinion: I will technically be outside..............
Planted some of my my seedlings I have been growing in doors. It's a bit early
for the yard but if they can survive the next 2 weeks temperature swings I will
have a strong harvest all summer long. Have done this for years.

They are predicting thunderstorms this afternoon with gusting winds of 40 mph. So it is not the ideal day for outdoor activities even without the Coronavirus social distancing being in effect.

NYC for now, but I found a cheap one upstate that I may do first if they don't cancel.

Really good, properly fit sneakers and good hydration and stretching the calves prior to running. I'm no expert at this, but I am learning quickly. If your calves are tight, everything else is affected quickly because you won't be landing your feet correctly.

I will take a walk and get some fresh air. As long as you're not on top of people, it's really the best thing.

I'm still a cold weather person. I'd probably have stayed inside if I was in the city for the 80F degree day.

I was out yesterday with a mask on and people still look at me like I'm from another country. It's the only way to prevent the spread. People seemed to think that it's just for protection. Masks can protect to some degree but it's most important function is stopping the spread.

It’s 52 in Queens at 11am. If the sun doesn’t come out I’m not so sure we will see anything near 80.
