I saw a lot of the looters riding citibikes and revels around to loot from one place to another. Do they actually pay to use those ? Or can they be easily stolen?

If the mayor had balls he would have all Citibikes and ebikes removed and deactivated. Public Transport shut down. Cops everywhere with tear gas. Highway checkpoints (Cross Bronx, All tunnels and bridges, Holland tunnel and all bridges within the city)
After one or two days we would be done with Riots.
I am of the persuasion that looters don't have a
high enough I.Q to pass a road test hence forth
the bicycle as the mode of transportation.
I was listening to the Police scanner last night. They are using cars, for example bay plaza mall in the Bronx the Sargent came over the radio for Backup, stated 20 cars rolled into the mall together. Good thing the cops were able to push them out fast and they took off on the Highway thru co-op city section 5. From what I heard they broke windows at the Verizon store and were getting ready to go in
I noticed this today in a Manhattan..almost all the citibikes were gone...It was early in morning...maybe people were using them to go to work?....I don't know, as I did not see many bikes on the street.
