this is definitely BX behavior. i went by la central recently, and they were shooting up under the scaffolding on Westchester Ave


they renovated st mary's park, and had to cordon off certain areas with gates because they're shooting up a storm, and leaving syringes everywhere

They shoot up on Westchester everyday. The whole are around the hub is nutz. Especially by the plaza area. I try to avoid it but if I'm walking into Manhattan I have to pass 149th somewhere.
