Does anyone know what precinct or command this took place in ? (Greenwich: neighborhood, salary)

I couldn't make out the neighborhood it was in and there are no landmarks that really standout or addresses visible


Two officers were filmed smoking out of whst appears to be a hookah pipe. What is in the contents of the pipe could be anything up to and including crack cocaine.

Does your boss allow you to smoke out of pipes situated on the passenger seat of your issued vehicle ?

Does anyone know if these officers were drug tested upon their return to their command ?

I doubt it was anything other than cherry flavored tobacco, no big deal, but what does bother me is that there's too many of these 5'0" chubby chicks running around playing cop while scooping up the near six-figure salary when all they can really do is stand around smoking hookahs and texting they baby daddies all day.

Nail on the head. Women cops is one of those things about our society that reveals the absolute absurdity of it.

so what if it's crack, they need an energy boost. It's basically the same as a Red Bull

If its actual hookah they are getting a smoke break × 10. That smoke is heavy equivelent of many cigarettes. Police need to run and have endurance smoking decreases those abilities. They are human though and can have thier vices like anyone else.
