Cuomo said on Monday he would close indoor dining in NYC from as early as next Monday - December 14 - if hospitalizations do not slow down

But wait... I thought masks were supposed to work!

Bla should pull the health department out of enforcing this, and the restaurants should just ignore Cuomo.

Didn't read the article, but is there anything scientifically linking an increase in cases/hospitalizations to indoor dining?

Of course not. Over and over again they say that it's being spread at home. Of course Government can't reach their hands inside your home so they have to appear to he "Helping".

So for them, "Helping" is closing stuff down, because optics are everything. But he will be the first to say "Follow the science" when closing restaurants down has ZERO to do with science.

Can anyone explain the science/math/reasoning behind closing restuarants and not gyms? Seems like more people workout than eat out nowadays.

Dining is the one activity where masks don't work. I'll give you one guess why...
