I don't mind the snow all that much now that I don't have to commute daily. Was starting to get worried after two winter seasons of barely any snow but now I think I'm kind of over it.

All right, we get it. It's winter and it snows, but seriously?

After a nearly snow-less winter a year ago, we've more than made up for it this time around, and specifically for the month of February. So far this month, Central Park is sitting at 19.9 inches of snow. That's already good enough for our snowiest month in over five years.

This snowy and cold pattern looks to stick around for a while.

More snow the better. Less people on the road. Less covids too.

I don't mind the snow. I got some great snow gear to bundle up and take a walk.
I just hate people who don't shovel days after it has stopped.

Forecasts Show NYC "On The Edge" Of Another Foot Of Snow

Cold, dry, arctic air is pushing southeast, while a warm, wet, southern front is heading northeast. Where the twain shall meet: serious snowfall.

Though, there's also the possibility it may miss us completely.

"Right now we think we're gonna be sort of on the edge of the heavier stuff that happens to our south, but we're playing a wait and see game to see if it comes higher north. Or if the cold high pressure system to our north wins out and we stay dry. We're just not sure yet," Goodman told Gothamist.

So...hold onto your hats & stand by. Walking around this evening, there seems to be still a lot of snow leftover from the last snowfall.
