As someone who lived right across the park from it, I will say this: I was very disappointed when the developer got permission to use the neighborhood schoolyard in order to store his bricks to build the condo. When I left last year, the condo was still under construction, and the yard was still closed (2 years running).

Conduct like that was one of the reasons why I left park slope; developer greed and lack of consideration for the community (I have more stories if you want to hear!). Having said that, I wish the residents of the condo and the community well. I also believe that 4th Avenue will be a bustling commercial center, although, even with A-yard, the economy may have something to say about that.

WE took a look at the inside and I must say it is very well appointed. The developer has promised to redo the park and location to ps321 is nice.
Might have to put an offer...
Do people think it is realistic that 4th avenue will improve or is that just the realtor speak?
