Does anyone know if the lobby of the Chrysler Building is currently open to the public with the current COVID-19 situation? I do know that it was open during business hours on Monday-Friday right before New York City started to shut down before March 2020. Does anyone know for sure if the lobby is open right now?

The Grand Central Lexington subway station has at least one exit into the lobby of Chrysler building. Is that open 24/7?

Where do you go to enter the lobby? Are there homeless people in there using internet?
