I live in a rent stabilized building and I was hit by a car going to work 1-day..I had a spine operation that made me retire from my employment and I applied for social-security ssdi, the thing is now that my income status have changed..do the management that handles my rent..do they have to adjust my rent-according to my income?.. they are to take 30%of my projected-income.
