I like it. I don't think I'd ever spend $169 million on any residence even if I could afford it.

The decor is hideaous, but, to each his own, that isn't staying anyway.
I am not really loving the plain white kitchen cabinetry, and I don't like light floors.
so, once the apartment is stripped of all the "staging", it is basically just rooms like boxes, and isn't that what all apartments are like, mine included.

The windows, while the views are nice, look like giant holes in the walls, not really loving that.

It think for these prices, if I was a buyer, I'd like to pick out the type of floors, doors, cabinetry, bathroom of MY choice.....

***sigh, but I'm not******

What a scary ass apartment. I mean, I still can't get September 11th out of my mind! I wouldn't pay 2 dollars for it!

Well if you were worth Billions, 0.169 Billion is not that ridiculous if the property is worth it. But one apartment in a faulty building? GTFO lmao

just a side not, the video says inside a top floor, well, this apartment cant be that high on the top as the views we see out the windows are buildings.
if we were truly on the top, all one would see is clouds.

just an observation, did anyone else notice that??

It has that 70s look b/c the only people who can afford it - and want to buy that aesthetic - are boomers. That means all it is missing are the plastic covers on the furniture, wallpaper everywhere, stucco ceilings, and a disco ball.
