Now that BLM is supporting the alleged victims the restaurant will be forced to admit wrongdoing if that occurred, or stand their ground if there was no instigation on part of the hostess.
Why would charges be dropped? You're not allowed to physically attack people because they call you a name or get sarcastic.

Exactly. Regardless of what may or may not have been said, spoken words do not give you the legal right to physically assault somebody. Absent the employee physically striking or threatening the customers and the customers striking back in self defense (which clearly did not happen), the customers violated multiple criminal laws.

They will start showing it again when the Republicans are in charge and Democrats unleash their BLM/ANTIFA brownshirts because they need muscle to stir it up again
There was that Dominican guy who kicked a black lady down the subway escalator in Brooklyn. He was arrested earlier this week.

The horror!!!

That is all moot in NYC these days, you know last summer it was pretty much legal to loot and destroy public and private property?

No, as you said you want to five vaccine proof mandated establishments to other night and two did not ask

The proposal is that all these business that are cheating may not cheat all day long.
They may check some people and not others based on various forms of discrimination

It's an interesting situation

but of course it would have to be proven if it occurred

Reddit trolls are the easiest to bait and lure. I block reddit from my household, even some people in these forums are just as easy to bait and will quick to generalize the hatred.

He knows he can get away with it, so he turned himself in which is the right thing to do. They didn't have to do a massive manhunt.

Because if the plaintiff instigated with hate speech (racial epithets) then they'd be facing double the jail time, and the victim would likely be able to plead down due to aggravating factors.
