I was offered a travel job with a company that provides security for a particular major media. Way more money, but it would take me away from my family too much for my comfort. I was deployed 4 times as a soldier. I earned the right to stay home with my family until my last breath.

I work freelance for law firms. We bill them the same way they bill the public. You know how that goes.

75% of my billable time is created either at my home computer or in my car listening to podcasts.

Shudder to think who Adams is going to put in as replacements.

Good luck to Mr. Shea and Mr. Tucker, enjoy your well earned retirements.

Well earned? No self respecting person would work for BDB or the clowns in city hall. They so it because it pays well for what amounts to being a figurehead doing bull**** "work".

why is it no one is ever selected for merit anymore??????
it either has to be a woman or a person of color?

why can't any elected official be the elected official based truly on merit, and NOT the sex or the color of their skin.

this whole system we got going on here is pure BS!

Shea's earlier decisions leading to a large number of
law enforcement retiring. Now he follows suit?
How quaint...............

Goodbye New York City......................Hello Chicago!

You sure you don't miss NYC? I see you comment often on how you left NYC and thanking NY'ers for working hard to support your pension.
