I grew up in the SF Bay Area. From the time I was born until I got married and moved out my parents sold their house and bought a different one 6 times. Since then I've bought and sold 7 homes.

The average person in NYC isn't a homeowner period. I was just pointing out that pre- or post- 2008 has nothing to do with whether one stayed in a home long term or not.

These folks should start a letter writing campaign, to the city services that gave out the vouchers. There is a case worker somewhere, and sure the recipients have to agree to some terms...
On the other hand, loud music and strong odor meals, and an order of protection may be done, outlets the homeowner can make. Apart hiring muscle from the PJs.
