PAlso look at Jersey City near the PATH stops. It's closer to Wall than a lot of NYC itself, plus you can see the skyline.

Exchange Place, Newport, Grove Street

UES (Yorkville). ERIC GOODMAN Realty often has what you might be looking for.

Eric Goodman Realty Corp.
Check listings upper left.

All his listings seem to be in the area of his office. I am not sure of his fee structure. Office is on 89th St. Just East of Second Ave. (307 E 89th St (2nd Avenue))

If you live in a box, how are you any different than a rat in a cage. There is more to life than this.

That's kinda rough, everybody has their preference. What they eat doesn't make you, you know the rest

You are unbelievably RUDE, and 250sg is not that small for a single person.

Depends on the person, my Walk in closet and bathroom in my bedroom are about 260 sq ft. Smallest I ever lived in was 600 sq ft that was in NYC. Is 250 livable sure if you are comfortable with that, there is no denying that is a small amount of space any where in the country outside Manhattan.
