Thank you Andrew Giuliani for doing what's right.
There are too many people in this city that are shell shock
as a result of many moving parts from bad upbringing to
bad surroundings.

Andrew's father Rudy was the greatest New York City Mayor.
Under his reign criminals were kept behind bars while law
abiding citizens were free to go about their day.

I think by locking up criminals of all colors by the way. But some only want to remember people of color being arrested for selling a bit of weed.
