I hope so. During the weekends at least, I do see lots of people up and about shopping, taking the subway, dining out. Weekdays are still kind of dead though except for certain pockets of the city i.e. Hell's Kitchen area. They need to get a handle on crime though, perception or otherwise.
New York City as a whole has seen a gradual return to tourism, most of which is driven by domestic travelers. With every new variant, tourism took some sort of hit. Regardless, the city is bouncing back at an astounding rate in 2022, compared to where New York City was this time two years ago.
Does anyone have info on the current VACCINE mandates or requirements for indoor restaurants and shops?
