This is the key word here.

Ronaldo Oregano is to blame for all of this.

1) He removed federal budget for mental health care facilities and 2) He attacked unions in major trades which eventually led to a generational gap, which is why you have to wait 2 weeks or pay $100k for a plumber. Because instead of apprenticeships, kids are running around robbing and killing, in and out of jail.

Nobody can come to repair your boiler but there's a couple of kids that will steal the copper wiring from your water damaged basement.

Heck, I'm scared to come into the house full of hungry dogs....................Hahahahaha

Kidding aside...............the NYC policy makers are allowing teenagers to run amok.
Driving on Woohaven Blvd over in Rego Park ( Nice Area ) on Sunday.
Kid on a scooter crosses all lines thru red light towards uncoming traffic, hops the sidewalk
zipping by some church goers and disappears down a side street.

Yes many cars had to suddenly stop to avoid this low IQ idiot....................
If you can't train your pet then you need to train yourself.

Stay indoors on weekends.
If you must go out.
Keeping your walks short.
Travel in a crowd.
Carry a big stick.

Pray during the day.
Leave the nights to soul takers.

At any moment, someone can just take out a knife or gun and kill someone.

I feel like NYC is a jungle. Maybe I’m watching too much of the news and reading too many articles, but that doesn’t stop the fact that it still is happening. And it could happen to literally anyone. Unprovoked at that.
Nope, and, excuse me, but anyone that frightened is silly, paranoid, and shouldn't be here in the first place.

I wish you should have mentioned how long you've lived here (as an adult). Yes, it could happen to you anywhere IN ANY CITY. Or a car could jump the curb and hit you IN ANY CITY.

Maybe it's not that you're reading or watching too much news, but that maybe you're reading or watching the wrong news. The mere fact that you use the word "demon" makes me think you're getting your news from bad places. God knows there is enough going on in the country and the world that you need not be spending so much time on individual local crime.
