Not directing this specifically at you - but just to be clear for the OP.

What your asking for does exist, however pricing is more double, triple. Possibly less, but I dont know where.

They're doing complete teardowns / scrape to foundation in my town (bergen county, very safe, about 1 hour to penn.). They're selling for $1.2 low end to $2-3M high end, and up. I personally don't like this practice, since they're destroying some cool old homes, but its my understanding the cost of a ground up is less than refurb on a 1900's build (which i concur with as we're updating our 1920's dutch colonial).
