Anyone remember this clown Cuomo appointee political hack?

Quote:
Former NYC Transit president Sarah Feinberg was randomly assaulted near a subway stop in Chelsea, The Post has learned.

Feinberg, who appealed for more cops assigned to the subways last year amid a crime surge, was sucker-punched at the corner of West 21st Street and 6th Avenue, near the F train at 23rd Street at 1:15 p.m. Oct. 20.

The attacker was walking the wrong way in a bike lane and suddenly turned around and punched Feinberg in the face, a source familiar with the case said.

The motive was unclear, though there’s a pattern of thugs participating in a sick “knockout game” by attempting to viciously render an unsuspecting innocent victim unconscious with a single blow.

Feinberg called 911 and when cops didn’t immediately respond, she walked to the local precinct and filed a criminal complaint, a source said.

Madness, it will only get worse if Cruella de Hochul gets elected.

People like to say it's better than the 70s/80s. Pardon me, but back then, there weren't random sucker punches in broad daylight in a busy, nominally "safe" area like Chelsea along 6th ave.

Any of the usual crime defenders want to tell us how this is all normal and part of NYC?

Perception my dear Sarah ......Perception.

All swept under the rug for reasons of inequity and mental illness.

70s 80s and early 90s were way worse
Not even close

NYC is definitely getting a lot worse but fortunately it's that 70s bad yet

Agreed. In fact, muggings were a dime a dozen in the seventies, and they had become the stuff of jokes for late night TV comedians, talk show hosts, and sitcoms. The edge that social media and cell phone evidence brought just made it more real. In fact, the seventies were much more rough and tumble.

Does anyone want to return to the 70's?

If your car breaks down do you not fix it because 100 years ago people still traveled by buggy?

Of course we don't want to return to the 70s.

I was merely correcting a poster saying it's gotten as bad as the 70s when it's not even close to 70s bad.

personally I thought she did a decent job. Its a shame MTA just loses some good management and stuck with many poor execs

NYC today is not equal or worse than the 70s. No one can deny NYC is deteriorating due to mismanagement and terrible corrupted political leaders (DeBlasio, Adams, Hochul, AOC, etc). We need to vote them all out

Maybe she didn’t deserve it, but politicians getting assaulted is funny to me especially if they are in a blue camp.
