Another nice immigrant story.

Funny how more cities don't have our food cart culture. I went through periods when I found a cart I liked, when I'd have egg-and-ham-on-a-roll all the time.

Outside The Times, A Food Cart With Attention to Detail
Cecilio Campis runs El Jefecito, a popular vendor outside The New York Times Building

With a steady presence, genial manner and good food, Mr. Campis has fed journalists, security guards, construction workers and tourists from his spot since 2012. It’s a fine location, but more important than that: “You have to know how to treat people,” he said. His way to treat people is defined by the details. An egg sandwich should contain two eggs, not one.
He is often the first vendor on the block, at 4:30 a.m.
