I’m the opposite, my whole family has left or is about to. My stepfather sold a 40 year old business because he couldn’t take the nonsense anymore.
You know the insurance dept would start bringing insurance fraud cases like crazy i.
When we had the house in pa our development was ca lot of part timers who got bagged usingpa as a primary when it wasn’t , then when they were done they handed you off to the tax dept for an audit
You are right.
Cheaper to get a plate cover or spray it every week. You might get pulled over but it’s still cheaper and you can actually beat that ticket and that’s if you ever get pulled over.
Most plate covers are worthless. Go out and get a computer screen privacy cover. That should work.

That’s 100 million dollars that could have been spent on good s and services by people supporting the economy but now won’t.
It will be squandered and or used to pay down existing debt
It's not squandered. It's used to buy votes with welfare. Go check the NYC budget and see what percentage goes to welfare (whether obvious or hidden). Once the game is spin up to this extent, the existing political structure can't untangle it. It's a vicious cycle of raising ever more tax revenue to find ever increasing welfare programs.
When I see a Bentley or a Ferrari with Florida plates I often wonder, did they really drive 1100 miles in that car to spend some time in NY ? Nah. I know, done that drive once and said I'd never do it again, not even in a Bentley, and I alone driving.
I guess Long Island and westchester love their children less as speed limits are realistic still
The tone of this post reveals that Mr MJ 107 is a frequent contributor to NYC’s camera revenues……
For the city, the success of this new revenue model will only hyper them to increase their camera counts while decreasing their speed limits to catch more contributors…
Another consequence of speed and red light cameras is the virtual zero enforcement of traffic laws by the NYPD. The recklessness is third world like on the streets.
Car owners are a bunch of snowflakes. Stop speeding and you stop getting tickets LOL. Glad a lot of these people are moving out. (Womp things aren't like they used to be, change is hard)
