Puerto Rico.

https://www.dea.gov/sites/default/fi...it%20Drugs.pdf

" Xylazine was first noted as an adulterant in Puerto Rico in the early 2000s through DEA reporting and laboratory analysis, and around a decade later it was documented on the island as a drug of abuse on its own, which has continued to present."

I don't see anything wrong with this drug. If it kills off more useless members of society then all the better. Especially since they don't turn violent but instead just sit there swaying while half bent over.

The withdrawal symptoms are harsh based on medical research. Ever wonder why so many bums defecate on themselves? It's because opiate withdrawals will trigger intense bouts of liquid diarrhea. Talk about a s**tty situation.

Man, the Chinese cannot take over this country soon enough...Comrade Xi will know what to do with these subhumans!!

Just use them for medical experiments and leave the poor animals alone!!!

Why should dogs and cats and horses and chimps suffer when we have half-animals among us who enjoy taking drugs anyway???

It's really funny what people think they have to put up with in the name of "freedom"...vax mandates and masks and lockdowns but the walking dead is fine!

Best idea all day.
Xylazine sounds like an ideal sleeping pill.

I remember back in the early 90’s a girl who would steal cat tranquilizers from work. She would laugh and say Cat tranquilizers put you in a catatonic state. I guess it caught on.

Sad to say but I'm so numb to all these stories.

Drug addicts are gonna drug. Period. Maybe they will have better luck in the next life.

Time to watch Naked and Afraid.

The smell of weed is really annoying on the streets of Manhattan to be honest.
These losers are so proud to be legally smoking outside. It’s like a life time achievement for them.
