First dog bite will result in a multi-Million dollar settlement and criminal charges of "assault with a deadly weapon."
This vigilante group will be gone in a couple weeks, if it is not gone ALREADY.

“It’s effective so far,” Ward said. “We’ve had a couple of people who were known shoplifters who saw the dog and walked out without stealing anything.”
The next President should allow any shoplifter to catch a good Samaritan smack down without fear of civil suits.
