Getting on top of a train ever crosse3d my mind. One would have to be an idiot.
I use to like taking the train from queens to play arcades on Broadway and 47th or 48th.

Take the case? It's NY where the legal system is parallel & parasitic. A battery of lawyers have been calling the family ready to cash out. The attorneys are ready, the judge is ready and it's time to fleece the public yet again. Don't worry the whole parasitic scheme is well hidden and all public animus well be deflected to the dearly departed and his family.

If I survived this, my father would have finished the job. Disgusting that this mother is suing.

Not just on top of the train. There are videos of people clinging to the sides of the train or the back.
Look at this moron for example:

Subway Surfing really is a good way to get rid of the severely mentally deficient.
Society can thereby avoid a lifetime of support.
