Im being outside the box here, but why not turn the PJs into mitchell llamas/rent to own and maintain scenerio???
Something could work here...

howsabout only employing real NYers. Boro address requirement, and a small 1% on out of towners looking for our jobs...

Lets try to take off the highchair and bib of public assistance. Need to do much better in keeping people employeed in Real Jobs!!!even more handouts is not the answer...

They don't want equity they want favoritism. Whatever free money that comes from this will be spent on Nikes to flex on the block and whatever's leftover will be spent on weed.

Let's just do the full reparations right now. Blow the entire state budget for the next century by giving blacks $5 million each. Every man woman and child even remotely black. Then when the money's all gone in five years and black Americans are back to complaining, committing damn near ALL the violent crime across the nation and still asking fore MORE!, MORE!, MORE! maybe this misplaced compassion, sympathy and egalitarian bullsh:t will be left in the past where it belongs and we can move forward.

San Francisco has the right idea:

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/nation/...e-black-people

3 million black NYS residents x 5 million per equals 15 trillion.

Except that turning over NYCHA to it's destructive residents wouldn't change anything, unless the destructive tenants are kicked out which we know will never happen.

BTW, they are not 'our' jobs, but jobs created by successful companies which happen to be located in NYC.
