For example ever since they opened up a 24 hour parking lot in Flatbush and Nostrand Avenue I do not recall the last time I ever parked my car on the street when I am there. I simply go to the parking lot and do what I need to do at once. If you buy a certain price amount of groceries at target they actually cover your parking fees. the parking lot is like 3 dollars.

With all the box trucks, double parked cars on narrow roads that get even more clogged when buses are sharing the street, I just realized that metered parking on a narrow street is really stupid.

If we could replace a lot of those commercial zone metered parking with multiple floor municipal parking lots instead and clear the roads the box trucks would no longer block roads and cause grid locks.

When I run for mayor in about 20 years this will be a topic of discussion.

This makes good business sense. Love it.

How are New Yorkers without a car affected by this? Surely the city finds ways to tax the people without cars too. Like a NYC No Car Tax.
