I was just going to say that parking is bad enough during peak season. This is an improvement for sure, but it the parking situation will only be further exacerbated and I mean in the Rockaways in general.

I'm on the same page as 7th.
That is a massive piece of property and track of land in a beautiful neighborhood.
I was down in Neponsit a few months back. If it weren't for Sandy type storms I would
not mind calling the Rockaways home.

This part of the rockaways was notoriously gay and some nudist beach. Will probably pick up again.
