The project will feature 28 hotel rooms, a rooftop restaurant, catering hall, pool, lounge areas and event space. Wonder how successful this will be. I've never been to the Rockaways. Wish them luck.

Bathhouse was far more useful than a hotel.

the feds have let the facilities at Riis Park decay over the years (lots of weeds, broken concrete, etc) but there's nothing creepy about it.
