Thats true, but the Bronx is so far from midtown and downtown Manhattan. Plus there's a toll to get to. Seems like Staten Island to me. I have my doubts Bronx wil ever get to the level of a LIC or Williamsburg.

The Bronx isn’t far from midtown.

How long is a ride on the 4/5/6 from Mott Haven to 34th or 42nd street?

I imagine it’s longer than my commute from the same place to Midwood Brooklyn.

Coney Island is a better example as a place being far from midtown and Coney Island looks like it’s changing by the minute lol.

It's quite a distance than coming from Williamburg and LIC. The appeal of these 2 areas are the proximity to downtown and midtown Manhattan.

True but three stops on the train and you're in Midtown if you take the 4 or 5 from Mott Haven.

Na you got either 149 or 138 depending upon which train you start from. Then 125/86/59/42

5 also doesn't run 24/7. And 4 turns locals during the off hours.
An Uber to midtown will be anywhere from $60 to $80.
