With all the interest in pizza, I'll share this from The New Yorker.

But instead of calling it Scarr's, he should have done something combining his last name of Pimentel.



Is Scarr’s the Best Pizza in New York?
Any list of great pizza that leaves off Scarr’s shouldn’t be trusted.

I don't know about that.
I like my slice a bit on the charred side but without compromising cheese and sauce flavor which seems to be a
common complaint. In addition the slice should leave you feeling full. There are just so many places around NYC
that serve up wonderful slices without standing on a waiting line. Either way. Thanks.
