Question, I've had a verizon utility pole on my property. If its not in the deed that they paid the previous owner can I charge them for using my property?. On this verizon pole there are also cables from spectrum. I'm sure verizon is charging them for using the pole. And I am paying taxes.
Can I charge verizon for having their pole on my property?

They probably have an easement on your property/deed

This means they are allowed to have this pole on your property and if they need access to it they should notify you they are coming on your property to work on it. If it is an emergency repair they can come to your property to make repairs unannounced.

Nothing wrong with exploring your options, this is the way the American economy was designed

I believe this is why you don't own property because you don't want to be bothered with these trivial issues

But you do you respectfully

Don't get me wrong, I think there's nothing worse than being house poor TBH

My aunt and uncle who live Upstate were asked if they'd like to have solar panels on their property, and they flat out said no. So you may have some type of say..
