This is for a HOSPITAL full of sick people. It's not a store or a movie theater, etc. There's a reason surgeons wear masks there. There are a lot more sick people than normal there thus the requirement now for all, not just doctors. Makes sense.

Co worker of mine has been wearing a mask 24/7 essentially since covid started

This week marks the 3rd time he's gotten covid.

I bet he will still have his mask on when he returns to work next week.

Surgical masks in hospitals are so the doctors do not get saliva spray while talking to patients who may have compromised immune systems. Not to prevent spread of airborne diseases. It says right on the mask box "No intended to prevent covid". you should read the mask packaging one day.

Don't want to wear a mask? Don't go to hospitals.

Oh, that you are having a medical emergency and need to get to a hospital in order to survive? It was nice knowing you. Say hi to God for me (assuming you're actually going to heaven, otherwise nevermind.) lol

It's a freakin" hospital!

If they want to require a temperature check, removal of shoes, nasal swab, WHATEVER, I will either abide or not enter the premises, not complaining one way or the other.

What places ? Your own article says hospitals. So what places do you speak of that people want to go into? How many people want to go into hospitals? Critical thinking, anyone ?
