i should live to 100. ha ha ….still run 3.7 miles every other day and weight lift the days i don’t run .

but it still didn’t stop genetics from winning and i am still diabetic

I visited a Giant ( aka Stop & Shop ) in Bethlehem and an Aldi's in Easton.
Almost forgot. Visited the Dollar store in Nazareth as well.
Everything. I mean all amenities are within 20 minutes from any said location.
Yes. I can take the bus. It is free for seniors after applying for the free pass.
