Saw the video.

Holy snot! There is no defense against that. Perp come up behind you and tosses a loop over your head, then jerks it tight around your neck, pulling you over backwards.

I don't care if you have a gun, a knife or what. There is NO way you can defend yourself against that attack. Once you are on the ground and being dragged backwards tightly around your throat, you are done. You can't even scream!

That is terrifying.

With open borders, we are seeing hardened criminals south of the border introduce many new Third World crime techniques previously unknown in America. Things like teams on scooters stealing phones and purses as they ride by. Things like juggings where they follow you all the way home from your bank to your driveway.

This method is truly terrifying. There is no defense. None.

Ummm intimidations. Having the world know your name and what happened. Having to re-live the experience over and over. Long drawn out court process. I could go on and on.

Its cognitive dissonance

Most women do not walk around the street at this time without walking with others or taking an uber to go home. This is obviously a predator looking for random victims and the woman who is 45 probably didn't think she would be targeted.

A lot of women especially migrants roam around the streets all night long looking for a place to stay or something to eat.

"But she was wearing a mini-skirt your Honor, so she wanted to be raped".

I thought that defense became obsolete in the 1970s.

There is everything wrong with your knee-jerk reaction to blame the rape victim and not the evil piece of sub-human garbage that raped her.

Have you even condemned him yet? No I don't think so. Your very first impulse was to say this might have been "staged". Despicable.

I am not implying that you are a proponent of rape or that you don't condemn his crime. It is just disgusting that you allow that to be "understood" but immediately leap to blaming the victim with your posts.

Disgusting and sickening.

So she is not cooperating with the cops. Have you ever experienced life and death "trauma"? It would not be my first impulse to blame the victim, having gone through what she did. That is a sad look into your mind.

Yes always question and ponder about someone who sticks up for the suspect.
Makes you wonder what that person does in their daily life or past
