Hey Guys...I always come here when I need help because you are all so helpful! Here is my situation. I am looking to find a short term (1 month) lease in Midtown West July 1-Aug 1. My budget is $3,000. How do I go about this? I've looked on sublet.com and craigslist and it looks like the options are very very slim. Does any one know how I can do this? Please let me know what you know. Walk up/Luxury doesn't matter. I just need to find a one month lease somewhere in hell's kitchen or a sublet..whichever...thanks!!!!!
