OK, I thought the first one I posted was bad, but this one is worse.

You have to be shorter than 5' 7" in order to qualify for this place.

And not only that, but I thought it was bad enough that in the first ad you had to sleep next to the toilet. But at least that toilet presumably flushed.

In this one "There is a small fee for extracting the fecal matter which is a monthly fee (additional $30-60 depending on amount of fecal matter produced in a months time) which can be added to the apts rent unless the renter chooses to remove said fecal matter by themselves. This would entale that one ensure one's own carting arrangements for removal of offending material. "

I really could not take that ad seriously.

Yes, I re-read it and it seems pretty clear it's a joke.

I have a pretty decent sized 1BR apartment. Layout is a little weird though. I have a nice foyer, and the living room and my room are huge by NYC apartment standards but my kitchen is tiny!!

I call it a play-set kitchen. Mind you I'm a pretty tall guy, lol. I don't mind it that much, since the kitchen is probably the least used room for me. But it does get a little annoying when I have people over and I have to go in there a little more. It's pretty much impossible for more than one person to be in there.

LOL yes, there's a tub shower in it. It's in the upper Ditmars area, by laguardia shopping plaza, right off Ditmars.

When I moved into my apartment, I took pictures to show my parents who live in Florida. here's the picture of the bathroom. There used to be a sink in that corner. The tub takes up the whole side. I'm standing in the doorway. I think this might possibly be one of the smallest bathrooms in the city.
