Hello,

I'm a Brooklynite who is tired of the industrial feel and high rents of Williamsburg. But I can't afford to live in Park Slope near prospect park.

Where are New Yorkers moving to who want (relatively) easy access to the city, affordable rents and TREES!

I'm not just talking about Brooklyn Neighborhoods or the Bronx, I'm also including nearby towns in my search.

I don't go into the city everyday.

Where are you all who aren't rich moving to?

Inwood - north Manhattan

I just moved to the north Bronx and like it. May not be as "jazzy" but it's definitely more quiet than Inwood

So where do you work? Or do you not work? Or intend to get a new job near where you move? I don't understand why people pose these questions as if commuting is an afterthought... If you work in Brooklyn, and want to live in the 'burbs, you would obviously be looking at towns on Long Island, whereas New Jersey wouldn't be feasible for instance.
