Federal Stimulus Bill May Save NYC From Doomsday

For NYC, Stimulus Bill An Infusion Of Cash Where Needed Most - wcbstv.com (http://wcbstv.com/topstories/stimulus.nyc.doomsday.2.933329.html - broken link)

Teachers can feel safe now. Bloomberg at the end save the day. He is a very smart guy and got what NYC really needs in this economic crisis.

Good news for teachers like Rachael too! This weekend she can celebrate both Valentine's Day with her fiance and the great news about her job!

Thank you for posting this. As for this aspect of it:

CREATE OR SAVE

215,000 jobs over the next two years.

Do you have any information on whether the jobs are required to be filled by American citizens or Permanent Residents? If not, I can see more sneaky outsourcing and abuse of H-1b and L-1 visas on the taxpayer's trillions.
