Yes, correct. Plus if you have more than $5000 in your bank they add the 2% of that plus any other savings, bonds, etc (didn't have any of that so it was not applicable in my case) (P>S> if your paystubs are weekly I believe they might ask for last 12 instead of 6, but I am not 100% sure)
If you have more than $250k in wealth you're not eligible for an affording housing apartment. Plus, they have tons other rules displayed in their office.

Bring your paystubs, bring the letter, bring everything you can. If they ask for more papers, you have it covered. But don't offer any info unless they ask for it.
