I remember someone posted about the 1 billion dollar law suit. Well they seem to be in the news again for their THIRD suit!
THe weird part is I go here all the time and there are MANY black and hispanic women and men there. My best friend is hispanic and they don't even look twice at her.
I think this was a matter of being dressed poorly more than a matter of race.

its seems to be that almost all of the clubs in nyc and some of the some bars are guest list only. REGARDLESS of race, ie im white or maybe its that a hoodie/loose fitting shirt and loose/somewhat baggy jeans they wont let you in. its be nice if everyone could enjoy nightlife in nyc. but a few incidents/bad apples ruin it for many of the good apples.

Just supports my theory that these "lawsuits" are simply a publicity stunt.... think about it.... Such an "exclusive" club that you have to meet their "high standards" to get in the door. So they pay someone to file a phony billion dollar lawsuit and it hits all the papers... Next Friday night? The line to get in is around the block.
