Sounds like you are unhappy. City life isn't for everyone, just like country life isn't for everyone either. Follow what your inner gut and heart says. Move, if you feel deep inside it will make you happier. Remember, you can always take a train or bus into the city to enjoy all it has to offer. Many people want to live in the city just so they have bragging rights. You have to really want it. I would recommend that you try Jersey or Queens. I think you should be in more a suburban setting, but yet in the city like Queens or Brooklyn. You may feel better with that neighborhood with the nice houses on a tree-lined street. I think moving from Central FLA to Chinatown was a drastic change and you are going through a major adjustment period. I'm was born and raised in NYC, and it would be a major adjustment for ME! I say move to Queens! Jackson Heights, Astoria, Sunnyside, Woodside are quite neighborhoods with quick access to Manhattan. It's nice to leave Manhattan's "noise" and come home to a quiet block.
