Other than home, what's the best quiet place to study in the UWS? Public Library? Are Columbia's libraries open to non-students? Thanks in advance!

The libraries will not be open to non-students as they want only students to have access to their information.

Try your local Barnes and Noble. I know the one in Union Square
got a huge reading area.
