The Student Information and Campus Administrative Systems (SICAS) Center at the State University of New York College at Oneonta invites applications for the position of Accounts Receivable/Financial Aid Support Specialist. Expectations include working closely with college administrative professionals to provide functional consulting, training, and customer support as well as developing software enhancements to Ellucian’s Banner, specifically in the Accounts Receivable and Financial Aid areas. SICAS is a SUNY-wide program organized to provide software enhancements, technical support, best practices, and training for Ellucian’s Banner software system to member campuses including SUNY state operated and community college campuses and several associate member campuses made up of private colleges and universities in New York State. The Center is located on its host campus, SUNY Oneonta. SUNY Oneonta is a comprehensive, public, liberal arts and sciences college with 6,000 students.
