I commute to the city (Manhattan) once a week but I am looking for a new way to get there. I live in Cornwall, NY and either take the Port Jervis line at the Salisbury Mills - Cornwall train station to Hoboken (and take the PATH to 33rd St. from there), or I drive to Beacon and take the train to Grand Central from there.

However, I'm looking for buses that can take me to Manhattan (and the Bronx since I need to get there soon) from either Cornwall, New Windsor or even Newburgh (though I prefer to not drive to Newburgh). I tried looking up Coach USA buses, but it seems they only take you around Upstate NY.
Does anyone know of any that can take me to Manhattan and/or the Bronx? Thanks in advance.

Try ShortLine... owned by Coach USA but more NYC specific. It is mostly used by college students who travel between the southern tier and the NY metro area, but I know they run a Newburgh-NYC route and I am guessing that route starts further west.

Short Line stops on 32 very close to Hannaford in Vails Gate. Perhaps you could park in the Hannaford lot and walk down to the shelter. It also stops in Central Valley and Woodbury Common. Here's the schedule: http://www.coachusa.com/CoachUsaAsse...ough-nwbrg.pdf

yes, shortline is probably your best option, there is a stop in the mountainville section of the town of cornwall and other stops in newburgh, vails gate, woodbury and harriman. the downside is that it is pricey and does not goes to the bronx. if you are going to the bronx, the hudson line is your best option.
