Looking for a large-dog friendly apartment complex within 30 miles of West Point! (New Windsor: renting)

I am hoping you might be able to help me out!

I am a very reliable tenant with great credit, and I am extremely tired of renting from incompetent landlords who have no idea what they are doing. So, I am looking for the following in an apartment complex within 30 miles of West Point:

1. Up to ~$1,200 per month, or ~$1,400 per month if utilities are included (size negotiable)
2. Large-dog friendly (we have one housebroken, friendly labrador)
3. Ideally has a small fenced-in yard or patio
4. Competent property management company

Does something like this exist in this area??

You might consider looking into "Washington Green" in New Windsor NY. It's maybe 15-20 minutes north of West Point. My friend was going to move into the complex at one point, with his dog. He didn't end up moving in, but I remember him saying that they were very easy going about the idea of him having a dog.

If not there, there are a few other apartment complexes in New Windsor.
