hello: looking to leave our current area, long island, due to overcrowding and hectic lifestyle. have been to warwick area several time and fell in love with the area. Is it a good place to move with two older children, one 12 years old (middle school) and one 18 (need college in area), to relocate to? Are the people accepting of newcomers who are looking for a more rual life style? Its a big move for us and any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.
As long as you are really looking for a totally different lifestyle, it might work for you.
It most certainly is not Long Island, in almost every good way, IMO.
I'm biased, though; LI is on my list of places not to live, along with most of New Jersey, among others.
As far as acceptance... It's up to you!
The people of Warwick will be as accepting as you allow them to be.
