Yeah, the top 6 are either Rochester or Syracuse area districts, with 3 districts from both areas.

I wouldn't say that this is the be all, end all, as many lower ranked districts will have solid stats in terms of test scores and grad rates. With that said, it is interesting information.

I can't stand their mobile website. If you don't scroll exactly downward in a straight line it takes you to the previous article.

Go to the bottom and select the full website version and then select view all. That will allow you to view the complete list.
