I lucked out and am in the running for 2 affordable housing apartments. Most likely due to my CB and working for the city. My income is a little wonky because I work in schools so during the summer I'm on unemployment. I had my interview for 38 Sixth and they recently asked me for some clarification on income. The other, 313 St. Marks, rejected me falsely. They didn't really checking my income correctly. I had a higher paying job last year that disqualified me but I appealed and am waiting to hear back from them.

But recently I interviewed for a really good new job. Pay is exactly the same but no longer with the city at a non profit instead. If I get this job, which I have a really good feeling I may, how good are my chances of keeping my place in line for those lotteries?
