I work for Ethic Corp, we are a company that offers general contracting and project management services. We are unique in that we have our own in-house crew of painter/tapers, carpenters, mechanics, electricians, and plumbers. We were focused in renovating nursing homes but since the COVID-19 outbreak we have not been allowed to continue work in the nursing homes.
We are trying to find work for our employees and I have tried reaching out to several government offices, filling out volunteer forms to get involved with temporary hospitals, etc., however, I have yet to get a response.
If you are a construction company, what are you doing to keep your company going during this time?
In addition, if you can suggest any resources to use to find work that would be very helpful, thank you!
Where are you located within the state? There is still construction going on in regards to the new roof being put on the Carrier Dome in Syracuse. I'm not sure if or how you would be able to get in on a project like that though.

Regarding the Dome, this type of project is being allowed to finish if you are at an inopportune time shut down
I don’t know about the shut down time aspect, but from what I’ve heard, the project is allowed to go on due to a question of stability with what has been put up so far. Not sure how true or reliable that statement is, but that is something that I’ve heard.
It does need to be finished by September, which I believe is what you are referring to. So, it looks like any delays would not be good for that project.
